Sorry if I misspelled it. I used it to wrap ground pork with stuff in the middle that I simmered then fried. Worked out beautifully. Protected it. This arrived on time and even if it would not have arrived, it was packed in dry ice that it would have lasted frozen for days. Top quality!!!!
