"Spring Buds" Chun Jian GuShu Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake, 2012

Second order of this tea. Strong flavor. Starts bitter snd intense and rounds to fuit and floral flavors/notes. High resteep count. Make sure your thirsty before brewing this one.

I dont know how to fully describe how brilliant this tea is. The qi (for me) is undeniably intense. Intense in a soft, pillowy, hug sort of way. The bitterness and astringency has mellowed allowing so much floral/sweetness to dance on your taste buds. One of the better tea experiences i’ve ever had.

Phenomenal sheng

For the past week or so I’ve been drinking this tea daily, and every day I love it just as much if not more than before. It’s such an amazing sheng even more when you consider the price, I can’t recommend this enough.
