New York Strip Steaks

My daughter and I decided a couple of years ago to go totally of store bought meats! We have been eating Northstar Bison’s meats exclusively! We are so much more healthier since then! Off statins and or meds! Thank you Northstar for all your meats and especially New York Strip Steaks! Just the right size for a single meal! So tender and easy to cook up!

Hello Northstar: We enjoyed your NY strip bison. It arrived as promised and we kept it frozen until the day before cooking. We bought the 12 pack of 6 oz steaks. From your website we understood the thickness would be 1 . 25 inches but it was more like less than 1 inch. No biggie but not quite what was promised.
