Bison Top Sirloin Steak

Very delicious steak. Yes, it tastes different compared to beef, but responds very well with just salt and pepper. Not so lean that you worry about it being dry. It is easy to cook and get a mouth watering juicy steak. My wife and I are glad we discovered Northstar Bison.

Just cooked the bison top sirloin last night. Both my husband and I thought it was a prime piece of meat, and the 12 was just perfect for the 2 of us. I did some research on cooking bison as this was our first purchase of this meat, and I found that only 5 minutes at 500F was the ticket.
