Excellent steaks

I cooked the elk steaks in a cast-iron pan with garlic and butter, and they were very tender and moist. The flavor was excellent and I will be ordering these again.

My first time trying elk and I really enjoyed it. Great quality and cut of meat. Will be implementing more into my meal plans to add variety
