This is what I expected beef to taste like. Could not be happier.

Arrived still frozen even after a missed delivery. I stopped at McLean on my way to Colorado, steaks were excellent. I like buying from family business.

Super beefy

Great flavor. Doesn’t look like the vibrant fake red meat at the grocery store. I was looking for corn fed beef from the heartland. And McLean beef didn’t let me down with the dry aged New York strip.
