The product does not match the description. It only lasted 5 days of use. The customer service is extremely poor. We purchased a buy 2 get 1 free promotion, and two of the items ran out within 5 days. They responded by saying one of them was a free item, and then they completely stopped replying. They also refuse to take responsibility for the items that were actually purchased. Please be careful when buying from this store.
