Confusing experience

The end product was lovely. It took about six months from start to finish, with no updates at all other than when I asked, and then (although the responses were polite), I got the feeling the responder was annoyed. I am a big fan of this shop and would buy non-custom works again. I don’t know if I would buy something custom again because I was a little confused by the process and timeline for this order. Again, the end product was wonderful, but I would suggest working a little on the customer interaction experience part of your shop.

Vana does a wonderful job on these house illustrations. I have bought three now, one for myself and two for gifts.
