Fresh Copper River Sockeye Salmon Fillet

I wound up throwing all except 2 pieces of what usually is great and the best Salmon in the world away. It literally had a horrific smell to it as it was rotten. I had invited my 3 children along with their families over for a swim evening along with Smoked Copper River Salmon and fresh Veggies and bring a dish after work. Wound up with ONLY 2 Halves of ONE Filet after opening the Vacuum Sealed Bags that wound up edible! The remainder, was thrown away. I have ordered Copper River Salmon from Pure Food Fish Market for a few years now. NEVER have I received such a travesty!!! Pure Food Fish Market, I am Sorry, but you’ve seen my LAST ORDER. Salvaged the evening by grilling Catfish Filets I had in my Freezer. Blackening Seasoned Catfish Filets 7-9oz. Southern Farm Raised in the USA. Matter of fact, in Arkansas by Southern Pride Catfish Farms. A Family owned & Operated Catfish Farm. Except as written, 2 halves of one Filet. TERRIBLE! WORST EVER! $222.50 for 1lb.
