I am so very thrilled to own this treadmill. The price was incredible and the quality of the machine is fantastic! Slim and pretty to look at yet sturdy and reliable. The digital screen makes it easy to understand how far and fast your pace is, and the 2/4 buttons are such a nice feature. I have used it everyday since it arrived (very fast, easy, free shipping!!) and feel so great about my new fitness journey. My kids love it too! Thank you, Sunny Health!

It's hard to believe that this brand-new treadmill isn't running smoothly.

Not happy with purchase

Walking on the base feels like making contact with something solid, but the moving rubber tread covering the base feels like the rug being pulled out from under me. I tried to hold the handle to steady myself, but it's wobbly. Now I have a boat anchor that I will have a very difficult time getting rid of.
