Big Chief front loaders

I've been using Big Chief front loaders for years for personal use and for all of my restaurants. We prefer them to other types of electrical smokers.

I love the ease of this smoker, but I wish it could get hotter. I believe it will be really good for fish, but beef, pork and chicken have to be finished in a grill or oven since the Big Chief only gets to 165. It does work as advertised.

Super easy and effective!

I personally hate appliance learning curves, but I have to say, this is the EASIEST item I have ever used. I used it to smoke salmon for the first time in my life. The salmon was PERFECT. I had a friend who said he had tried more expensive smokers, and he always comes back to Big Chief. That's why I bought it, and I am thrilled!
