When my smoker stopped working after only two uses (and less than a year into a two year warranty), I contacted the company and provided my receipt. It replacement part was slow to ship but I appreciate that they company was responsive and honored the warranty.

Customer Service was great. I was hoping to find this element through a Canadian outlet but no go! With American shipping and exchange it was quite pricey.
