Pay attention.

A tree branch won the clash with the nomad spark arrestor atop my trailer. Winnerwell quickly allowed me to replace it with their outstanding service. I now have a fully functioning stove once again and much appreciate Winnerwell for their attention.

Spark Arrestor and Exceptional Customer Service

The spark arrester seems to work well so far, I've only used it once with a small fire. It's the service that impressed me. I have a "Double View Medium" that I used in Alaska on a moose hunting trip, with a bell tent. It rode for miles into the back country on a sled type trailer, behind a 6 wheel Max While it performed great, it lost 2 screws from a window, on the way back to civilization. When I submitted a question and asked where I could buy them, the rep responded quickly to verify my mailing address, volunteering to send them to me. I actually got them before the Spark Arrestor! Awesome Customer Service!
