This pork sausage is incredibly DELICIOUS! It's incredibly versatile! Great mixed in with any recipe! I am to the point that when a recipe calls for 2# hamburger I use 1# pork sausage/1# burger. You can't go wrong purchasing this. As a breakfast sausage it's the BEST! Only sausage I purchase!
