Meat-to-fat ratio of approximately 80/20 they’re lean yet flavorful. Cook these over medium heat with sautéed onion and peppers and serve with potatoes. Don’t forget the mustard or pickled veg. Cook to internal temp of 165° Ingredients: Salt, sugar, allspice, caraway, black pepper, garlic, paprika, mustard seed.

Reminds me of the flavors Grandpa made from scratch.

Can't find real polish sausage as good as this. My husband's grandfather made it in his deli in Detroit years ago. This is as close to that recipe as we've found. We have a polish deli in town in Florida and this sausage from Grass Roots is much better.

One if our favorites

This has become one of our favorites. I peel the meat out of the casing and cook it up like ground beef with diced potatoes and onions. The end result is similar to a hash. When its finished cooking I tilt the pan and soak up the extra grease with paper towels. Simple and delicious meal. This is just as good using Grass Roots German sausage links and the bratwurst.
