Been buying my beans from Redber for several years now and these are the first I haven't liked. Roasting was a bit weird as they roasted much quicker than usual and the end result is bitter and unpleasant.

The Sumatran beans don't give as even a roast as some (for me) with quite a mottled look, but judge with your taste buds rather than eyes because they taste great. Once ground it all looks the same, but I do seem to get more ground coffee from fewer beans. The service from Redber was excellent - highly recommended ;)
