Great Pans
While ready to use right out of the box, I decided to apply a thin layer of seasoning wax first and heat according to directions. Perfectly nonstick, I have used multiple times for items like eggs, and fish without issue. Cleanup is easy, I dry immediately and give a quick rub with more seasoning. These pans will last! The extra care steps are quick and easy, and worth it. The extra step of drying immediately and adding a thin coat of seasoning before putting it away will ensure I don't get any rust, and it'll stay perfectly nonstick. I also love the shape and the amount of usable space in the bottom of the pan compared to other pans the same size.
