The topper to the 12" deeper frying pan.
I haven't actually used the lid. And, frying pans don't necessarily come with a lid.
But, since it's available:
This is different than the typical lid -- with a silicone ring around the edge. So, this can provide a really tight seal with the pan, greater than usual. So, if there's a need to trap heat and moisture, this one takes the cake. No more water leaking out and spilling on the stovetop.
And, because this fits the deeper 12" skillet -- which can serve as a sauteuse -- this will come in handy.
A recommended purchase to enhance the use of your 12" pan.

I have a set now, and really appreciate how the lid seals, but still cleans easily.

Works Well
I use this with both my 12” no stick skillets. Fits well and does the job. I do with I could adjust how much steam can escape, but not really a problem.
