TryAxivelle Thyroid Balance Drops

The product is advertised specifically as "not containing Ashwagandha* on their website. I received three bottles with Ashwaganda on the label and in the ingredients list. I paid for express shipping and tracking. Tracking didn't work. No details were shown. After a week I emailed them asking why the delay, especially since I paid for express shipping. They told me it's because they "check each bottle individually to make sure the product is good". I received product which had been manufactured months ago, so that was a lie. I also emailed asking why they advertise one thing and send another. They told me I received an older batch and they're launching a new one soon. I replied stating that this is not right, as a customer should receive what they ordered. They replied with " Dear Jackie... " And a long email full of excuses. Please note, my name isn't Jackie.
