InnerFresh Thyroid Support

I requested a return for this product on the same day I received it. I never opened the package because the company’s return policy stated that opened items would not be eligible for return. Instead of processing the return, the company repeatedly offered only a partial refund and suggested that I keep the product. I clearly explained multiple times that I did not want the product and was requesting a full refund in accordance with their return policy. After several exchanges, I was told that my request would need to be escalated to a supervisor. Since then, the company has completely stopped responding to my emails and messages. As a result, I am still waiting for a resolution and the full refund that the policy states I’m entitled to.

Didn’t realize i signed up to a subscription and have had no response from them when i have tried to cancel. I now have had two deliveries so although the product has turned up i didnt want the second batch and i dont know where to go now

I feel I have a bit more energy and that my sleep has improved..bi will carry on taking it Thank you
