Unexpectedly Great Customer Service

It happens, but not often. A company exceeds expectations. I bought the Iopool monitor just under a year ago to meet town requirements for pool disinfection and pH measurements four times a day - or once a day with continuous electronic monitoring. It worked very well and we passed inspection. A month or so ago the pH readings became unreliable, and did not match chemical testing. I went through a very helpful process with the tech support team at Iopool, but the sensor ultimately was deemed terminally ill. (My sensor in the other pool is fine.) They sent me a replacement. A good one! Support was timely and friendly and accurate. I’m sold on Iopool!
