I get the brainstorm for my wife, who loves it, her family history has a lot of dementia and she is always pro anything that helps with brain function and cognizance. I take the Nightcap for sleep, as I'm a light sleeper and wake up a lot through the night, Nightcap helps me sleep better and deeper. I also use the Zen when feeling anxious or stressed - and this is amazing! keeps me laid-back and calm. Love all of them!!

I felt a little skeptical at first, but I figured if I was going to try managing my forgetfulness and lack of focus, I'd rather use something natural. Brainstorm really has made a difference for me - I feel like I can focus and my memory has improved. Nightcap helps me fall asleep without feeling groggy the next day. I feel like it helps slow my racing mind before bed, which can be difficult when I'm stressed. I'm looking forward to trying Zen next!
