Zen-X Functional Mushroom Chocolates

Love these!

Big fan of these! Subtle, yet noticeable difference. I feel that way about all of their products—nothing is too strong or overpowering. I do wish the packaging was better—once you open a pack of the chocolates, the tin is hard to close again because the paper gets crumpled.

Finding My Zen Zone

I intake my fair share of adaptogens to help with my health, focus and mood and have for years. I start my days with a mushroom coffee. Since March, I’ve tried Zen during the Day, Nightcap before bed, and Pleasing End adhoc. I can’t really pinpoint a significant shift during but I do feel as though they help for an extra bit of calm and relaxation to power through the day and get to sleep so I continue to enjoy at least one or two squares daily. I also found them really useful and easy to pull out on a pinch as needed during flights. I’ll continue to dose and learn.

Chocolate Zen...

I will consume a "Zen Schroom" when I am relaxing on the couch after a full day. Seems to bring me a subtle calm after a tough day. (Anymore, they are all tough) I can chill, relax, and look forward to some silly antics with my dogs and watch some T.V. Some days I NEED two squares. Seems to work well for me.
