The pillow in the photo is not ehat was received. The fabric is different and profile is much slimmer. For instance. The space created by the side wings for your arms is not deep enough for my arms and i end up putting my arms under the pillos which defeats the ergonomic benefits of the pillow.

From the first night that my husband started using this pillow with his CPAP machine, he has slept amazingly well! His sleep score on his Apple Watch normally is around 68 to 70 out of 100. Immediately and consistently since he started using this pillow, it's been in the high 80s and even the 90s. I am a side sleeper and have been using it for myself and I have found myself sleeping better as well. Definitely worth it!

Problem with these types of products is that its not really one for all. I have a short neck, and the pillow’s curve is not hitting the right spot where my neck lies straighr to open the throught airway
