Great product

Bought this machine for my wife and she loves it. Being new to making her own espresso, the Vivaldi II was pretty easy for her to learn and she was able to make her 1st espresso within minutes. Chris’ Coffee has plenty of content on their website that helps and their support is amazing. We had some questions about best practices for espresso 101 users and they spent the time walking us through how to fine tune the Vivaldi II and cleared up some confusion we had due to watching dozens of conflicting YouTube videos.
