I am really enjoying my new espresso machine. Previously, I had a Breville 2000. I found there system for servicing problems to be very difficult. While it took me a bit of time to learn the new machine, I am very happy with it! In addition to making great shots, it is also beautiful. Mine is in bright red!!!

I purchased this machine to use with my small catering business. We have had the machine for about a month now. We used it to serve at a local event and made over 200 coffees. The power on this thing is so good! The espresso shots have been great, perfect amount with a smooth crema on top. The steam power is fast and takes a minute to get the hang of. I will say that one complaint I have is how long it takes for the broiler to heat back up after refilling the water tank. It doesn’t affect the espresso, but it affects the wait on using hot water and the steam wand. It maybe takes 2 minutes? Which isn’t too bad but in a rush you feel it! Overall, I’m very happy with this machine. Everything has been made very durable and you feel it! Worth the investment for sure!
