BWT 3/8" Hose Set

Perfect hose to connect to BWT filtration system!!!

Like the End result of the BWT filter set up, but "challenging" to get it in place!

I love the end results of my BWT filter set up and the components all make sense.. However, by no means was this a 'quick buy and drop into my home Set up' like most coffee gadgets. I hooked it to home plumbing where I installed a dedicated spigot and then to my ECM which was also from WLL... took more than a week of back and forwards with customer service to work out what I needed to hook it all together, get the parts etc (I think some should have been provided initially with the ECM purchase, but thats a whole other story) and then about 5-6 different you tube videos from WLL and others on assembling.... nothing is insurmountable, but it did require some focused effort, listening and asking questions... Sure, a lot of this is basic plumbing issues between connection types, but it certainly impacted the overall CX of the system purchase and install. Having said that, now its in I think I will be very happy and have a lower cost of decent feed water! As a side note, as much as I love WLL product range, the response time and quality on Customer service is not great! waiting 3-4-5 days (granted not all business days) to get a response seems to be normal for them which is a shame! Maybe I should have bought the kit from somewhere locally?

Great hoses

Not too much to say about braided hoses. They work great. The only thing better would be variable sizes to choose from, but i can see that would be a lot of stock. They adapt easily and work flawlessly.
