The Black Bag (NEW)

First of all these take months to arrive. The 1st order was the fastest received. I ordered a bundle thinking it was safe based on reviews. Well to my dismay the disappointment is grand. 1st item didn't zip. Took months to get a. Decent response and they were to send me a new one or a credit. At this point I'm not sure if I received either. I pre ordered the white one and let me tell you as excited as I was expecting surely it'll be wonderful. Absolutely not! The first one had a zipper that was broken. Wouldn't go up so of course can't seal your stuff. The white one is literally busted at a seam for the side pocket. This is the first time I use it. At this point it's laughable. But at $300+ Don't do it. You're better off with Amazon products that you can actually return and get refunded in these situations.

I love it , it's perfect for travel and I can get everything in one bag instead of multiple bags every thinks I've become a professional packer or I forgot most of it

A disappointment. It doesn't pack as easily as the videos. It doesn't hold as much as the videos. And there was a little difficulty getting it stored above my seat. It doesn't seem very sturdy. I will use it for weekend trips that require little packing.
