Overall experience was great - quick reply to my email and order came in quickly. Hopefully they will be buying more of the Guy Tang products, because would have loved to purchase all the colors I needed etc.

9 lifts… not sure

I was really hoping to like this product. But I’m not sure if it lives up to its claim of lifting 9 levels. Also compared to powder lightener, you go through the tube really fast. I almost didn’t have enough and my hair is a little longer than shoulder length.

The developer was easy to use, and smelled a little bit like lavender. It's also on the thicker side, making precision with weighing and measuring a lot easier, as you have more control as to how much product comes out of the bottle at once. I'm very happy with it, and will be buying more in the future.
