Love the S&S Deluxe. I mean, one could get similar results with the built in baskets of the Weber, but this just makes it super easy. No building a bridge. Take the top off the kettle for a few minutes and you can transition to a sear from a low and slow pretty darned fast. If you buy and use it, you won’t regret it. Especially if you can catch it on sale.

Love It But They Sent The Wrong One

I ordered the Deluxe but SnS sent the 2.0 instead. Made the exchange and all is well. Had the SnS Deluxe for several years, then sold my kettle when we moved across country. Just bought a new kettle and this was the first accessory I bought. They work great...better than the baskets. Not cheap, but who cares..
