Still have not received the shelf I ordered. I ordered a shelf for a Flagship 1600 and received a shelf for a Dualfire 1200. Have sent multiple emails and called and have yet to receive any response regarding how to return the incorrect shelf or how to get the one I actually paid for. I was really hoping to get this product since the reviews were so great.
