Slow ‘N Sear® Original

Liked it so much I ordered another one for my beach house

I use this all of the time for ribs, steak, chicken and pork. It gives a nice smoking/roasting area and great place to put a sear on once everything is cooked. The water chamber is a must when smoking ribs, makes a huge difference.

Makes indirect super easy

The Slow ‘n’ Sear makes it very easy to set up and manage two-zone/indirect cooking on my Weber kettle.
