So grateful to live in a time that ordering restaurant quality ramen kits directly to my home is an option. Noodle thickness is perfect, the broth is slightly salty but lots of depth in the flavor. I was relieved to see the red powder could be added in smaller quantities, though it does not burn your mouth as it might look in the pictures. Very happy with the purchase, I definitely plan to order more. Please keep the collabs going!
