Hearty Black Tea

This tea reminds me of midwest autumns. It’s got a hearty earth like flavor which is then taken over by the taste of sweet potatoes. I really like this tea and find myself craving it at night in anticipation of pouring my first of 3-4 cups in the morning til mid day. Perfect when you can obtain multiple brews in a tea without it loosing its flavor; especially when brewed grandpa style. I use 4-5g at 85C

Great Dian Hong. Sweet potatoes, chocolate, and malt.

The intense & earthy sweet potatoes and malt create a special sensation. Lightly astringent, which creates a nice balance. Lasts for many infusions, but be careful not to overheat the earlier steeps. This is a very special tea.
