Anji Bai Cha Green Tea

Amazing tea! Still diving into this one. Reminds me of a kabusencha. Brews well at high temps and low temps. Good grandpa style. Has multiple vegtal notes. During a late infusion i also hinted a citrus and lemongrass note(after the umami/vegtal dropped off). Which was a haply accident. Brewing with 195 F and got called away for about ten minutes, returned and low and behold..lemongrass. Lol. This tea, clouds and mist, zarai kamaraicha, and any good sencha are now my top green teas of all time. Great stuff as usual from path of cha!
