We love our Japanese knives
Yes, we are very happy with all of our Japanese knives, getting to be too many to count. As my dad used to say, you need the right tool for the job…this holds true for kitchen knives. Happy to support these great knife artisans and Knifewear, too bad the April 1st Cutknife, SK store isn’t happening…lol

Great Knife
I don't do much full fish butchering. But I wanted a stout, short knife for detail work when prepping. Great knife. Excellent finish on the handle. Sharp and able to take and retain a good edge.

Great little knife
I purchased this knife as a gift for my wife at Christmas. It is now the go-to substitute for our old paring knives. I love being able to cut vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower off the main stems with this knife. Looking forward to navigating a chicken deboning with the knife in the near future
