I would give 5 stars as I didn’t give it a good chance to see the full benefits! Sadly is a bit too expensive and had to stop purchasing after the first month! I’m using it during very highly stressful times- not sure I’ve felt the benefit yet - maybe it’s because I have to take it daily and be consistent! Customer service is lovely - package very good quality - I just wish it was a bit cheaper so I could use it longer time and be consistent .

It took some getting used to the taste and the pack was hard to open. Yet I can’t be with out this natural pick me up now. Just about to order some more! Saved me on holiday sunshine tiredness

Already sleeping better and coping with daily stresses.
