The Strong Protein

Lumpy!

This is the first time I’ve bought a protein powder so I read a lot of articles & info to find the right one. I ordered 2 of the ‘strong’ packs & a shaker. Unfortunately, the shake is lumpy no matter how I prepare it. I’ve waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to see if I could find a way to make them better (more liquid, less liquid, shake longer etc etc). Unfortunately nothing makes it better & I’ve concluded that the shaker isn’t big enough for the amount of powder recommended, as when I try it in my partners bigger shaker it’s smoother!

Liked it, now loath it!!

I have been taking the innermost protein supplements for around 2 years or more. I work out hard almost daily and a year ago switched from the lean to strong version. Everytime I ordered the Strawberry flavour as it wasn’t too sweet like so many shakes are. Both had the same very subtle flavour that didn’t sweeten the milk or water. I am gutted - the latest batch to arrive is now sickly sweet - so much so that even by diluting with extra liquid and less powder, I can not drink it. Really disappointed that Innermost has caved into popular demand for everything to taste sweet. Please bring back the old recipe 🙏.
