This review is about their customer service and shipping. I do love their marshmallows. I received my order 19 days after ordering, which is ridiculous, itself. They arrived melted (it’s summer in AZ) and the order was incorrect. I did not receive all of the items I ordered. I have reached out to customer service 3 times…with ZERO response. I simply want the items I did not receive.
