One of the best chili sauces I’ve ever tasted, probably the best. I have cooked professionally for a very long time. I’m the chef at a golf club in NY. Had some other folks at work try it and everyone loved it. The balance and complexity are unmatched. I can’t say enough good things about your product. Wow! Keep up the good work. Awesome job. I like this product so much that of my first order of three I gave one to my daughter and one to my daughter-in-law. Now they are ordering it also and love the flavor. I have added it to sardine pate, roasted vegetables and spicy chicken, Avacado and egg salad toast. I could add a little bit to almost everything that I prepare. The flavor is terrific.

As you dive into this great chili oil, you can just tell the quality and the love that's put into it. More important than the looks is the taste. The balance between umami, sweet, salty, savory, with a bit of heat is just out of this world. It could go into almost anything and will bring whatever food you have into another level. Needless to say, I'm happy with this purchase and if you're thinking about it, just do it, you'll never regret it.
