These patches are a must they are phenomenal! Im horrible at daily routine thjngs and this has not missed a day! Its instant if you know urself and ur body well enough the results are amazingly noticeable from the first patch !!!! Ive never had trouble with rash or irritation from the adhesive and they come off easily after use! I cant wait to try more abd keep up with my already treasured routine !

My husband and i both really love them. Definitely noticed better moods in our home. Its been really great. My 1 problem is that everytime i use them, i get a small skin rash under the patch. I will definitely order them again, for my husband at least.
