Wapiti Elk Filet Mignon

My experience with game meat.,,

I tried frying it in butter with garlic paste and ginger black pepper and pink Himalayan salt... I cooked it to a rare to medium rare I sauteed asparagus in the same butter sauce.... It came out exceptionally well I definitely enjoyed it and actually I'm having a dinner with a friend of mine and also going to be cooking the venison the same way.... I haven't enjoyed game meat since my youth when friends of mine went hunting for deer during deer season in New Jersey..... I am very happy with both the elk and the deer meat...... It has not only brought back memories of my youth but also has created some excellent new memories .... Thank you

We constantly order this from you all but recently did for a dinner party. Every couple there was asking for your site so they could start ordering bison. Would be interesting marketing to sell “dinner party” to repeat customers with coupon code to share with their guests. Was fun to see so many people enjoy it .
