I've used a lot of different gels and energy drinks over the 48 years I've been riding and find the SIS Salted Strawberry Gel to be the best balance of flavor and result. I don't ride as long as I used to but when doing 90 minute plus rides the SIS definitely helps.

In my opinion, both the regular and the Beta Fuel SIS gels provide the best value of any gels in the market. They are tasty, super easy to eat without having to drink and very reasonably priced. They have been my go to for all my longer runs.
