Couldn't be more pleased about my purchase. Previously I've purchased rib roast elsewhere, but this roast was the winner! Well worth the money. Thanks for a delicious family meal.

Good Rib Roast

Its been a long tiem since we had a 100% grass feed prime rib roast. I forgot that 1) it takes less time to cook so I over cook it, even at 15m per pound, and 2) it has a gamier flavor, more akin to lamb.
