Never liked pork as much as I do now that I am ordering from Grass Roots. Pasture raised is the way to go. I am now a pork lover. You can't go wrong with this roast.

I grew up eating this cut of pork in a less than traditional way—with it pulled apart and soaked in delicious and traditional sauce to make it a Mexican dish. Now that I’m cooking for myself, I absolutely love the flavor of this cut and it’s versatility. I can make it like my family did, or I can let it stand on its own (I like roasting in the instapot).
