Hasegawa sushi rolling mat is the game changer. I have got my first Hasegawa mat in 2019. And since then I am using only Hasegawa mats. They are durable and easy to use. In the beginning it’s difficult but after few days easy to use. I highly recommend Hasegawa sushi rolling mat.

Finally I all three size

I used to have the medium size mat but now I have all three size mat. They have very good quality and I recommend to have them. All Sushi Chef should have them.
