Tojiro Fujitora DP 3-Layer Petty Knife with Stainless Steel Handle

Its beautifully light and sharp. Ive never chopped with such a sharp blade and it was wonderful. Decent delivery time, and amazing price (bank holiday deal). Im very happy with my purchase.

Quality assurance issue (a chip in the brand new Tojiro knife)

I ordered two Tojiro knifes during the 2022 Black Friday sale. Both knives were delivered promptly by DHL. However, upon closer inspection, I notice that the Tojiro Fujitora DP 3-Layer Petty Knife has a small chip in the middle of the blade. The quality assurance process of Tojiro and Global kitchen is well below my expectation for a brand new Tojiro knife. I would hesitate to buy any new Japanese knifes on the internet in the future. (Indeed, you could return the knife but the return shipping probably costs as much as the knife itself.)
