Sturdy and lovely to cook with

My cheap tamagoyaki pan gave up so I decided to invest in a decent one. This arrived beautifully boxed and well wrapped (I live in New Zealand). After a few nights of practice (the pan gets very hot), my tamagoyaki were starting to look normal again. This is a heavy pan, and has a rougher surface than what I've been used to. But the tamagoyaki does not stick, is easy to roll, and slips out beautifully. Recommend!
