Excellent product

I am absolutely satisfied with this grater. For me it has the right size to grate for instance slightly larger amounts of horseradish roots, daikon and wasabi. It is very sharp and solid and it is comfortable to hold on eather side.

Greater grater

Already tried garlic, wasabi and ginger. Works better than a microplane. Also finely grated an apple for juice for a cake. Wonderful.
