I love the sliced raclette, as I live alone and rarely see people. It's perfectly portioned for about 4-5 meals per pack for me, and it always arrives in great condition, ready for immediate use, or freezing (the thawed texture is a little different, but it still melts beautifully).

I have been ordering cheese from sonia for 4 years. The cheese is excellent fresh and always arrives on time. My husband is swiss so it has yo be good. We get raclette slices. Sonia is a delight to work with.
